When plans are available
Payment plans appear at checkout only if every ticket type in your basket allows instalments. Add-ons, donations, and fees are usually charged in full on the first payment.
How it works
- You pay the first instalment through Stripe Checkout (subscription mode).
- Remaining instalments charge automatically on the schedule shown at checkout.
- After the final instalment, your ticket stays confirmed like a normal paid order.
If a payment fails
Stripe retries failed instalments. Update your card in the Stripe customer portal link from your receipt email, or contact the organizer if you need more time.
Refunds on plans
Refund rules follow the event refund policy. Partial refunds may apply to remaining instalments — see the organizer policy on the event page.
