From the ticket link, display the QR code screen. Brightness up, screen clean.
Rotating QR (secure events)
Some events use a rotating QR that refreshes every few seconds. Keep the ticket page open — static screenshots may be rejected at the door.
Multiple tickets
Group orders list each attendee. Each person should open their own QR if tickets were assigned individually.
Check-in issues
If scan fails, staff can look up your registration number or email. Arrive early if you expect large queues.
