Sign in: email code and passkeys

Email one-time code

1. Go to Sign in and enter your email.
2. Open the code we send (check spam).
3. Enter the code — you stay signed in on that device for a period.

Passkeys (recommended)

Passkeys use Face ID, Touch ID, or your device PIN — no codes to type. Register a passkey from My tickets after your first email sign-in.

Same email as checkout

Always sign in with the email used when you bought tickets. Work or shared inboxes may hide messages from other users' orders.
