1. Choose your tickets
On the event page, pick a ticket type and quantity. If the event uses assigned seating, you will select seats on the map before checkout.
Optional extras — parking, meals, or return coach add-ons may appear as checkboxes below ticket types when the organizer offers them. Transport sold as its own listing is bought from a separate event page — see Coach & transport tickets.
2. Enter attendee details
Provide the name and email for the order. Some events ask extra questions (dietary needs, accessibility, etc.) — answer them accurately so the organizer can plan.
3. Pay securely
Paid events use Stripe Checkout. You can pay by card (and other methods the organizer enables). Free events skip payment and confirm immediately.
4. Get confirmation
After payment you receive:
- An on-screen confirmation with a link to My tickets
- A confirmation email with your ticket link and registration number
Keep the email — it is the fastest way back to your QR code.
